Eldest son of Uncle Kawika Stant Sr., David is a former Kahuku High (1981) and University of Hawai`i (1987-’89) football standout. Served as general manager for IBM-Japan’s corporate professional football team in Tokyo. David has worked in Japan’s highest-level professional football league since 1990 and has won four Divisional championships, three League championships, and three National championships in Japan's highest-level professional football league. Born and raised on the North Shore of O’ahu, David earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa and is a well-known waterman, surfer, business person, family man and mentor – David is a definite leader with Da Hui and a positive influence here in Hawai’i..
