How do I return?

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

*SALE ITEMS & FREE GIFTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

International shipping - “International addresses must be entered in English/Romanized characters. Orders returned due to incorrect or non-deliverable addresses will require a reshipping fee.”

Are there any charges for return?

No, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label for returns & exchanges that meet the required conditions. (Unless your order has earned and been shipped with free shipping)

When returning an order with free shipping - this shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 

What happens next?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
